Weekly Class Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance of the class start time, teachers reserve the right to turn you away should your booking not be confirmed before the class start time.

  • Payment for classes is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include online card payment, card transaction or cash.

  • By booking and paying for any product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Class Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Half and Full Term Bookings:

    • Cancelled up to 72 hours of the term start date = 100% refund, minus £12 admin fee.

    • Cancelled less than 72 hours of the term start date = 75% refund, minus £12 admin fee.

    • Cancelled within 7 days of the term start date = 75% refund, minus any classes taken, minus £12 admin fee.

    • Cancelled after 7 days of the term start date = fee will only be refunded in cases of illness or injury where a valid doctor’s note is provided, minus £12 admin charge.

    • If you have booked mid-way through a term (anytime after the term start date) the above will apply from the first class date directly after your booking.

    • You may transfer your booking to another class type if agreed in writing by a member of 1hundred mph. Any price difference must be paid within 24 hours of the change.

  • Trial Classes:

    • Trial classes may be cancelled at any time without refund.

  • Drop In Classes:

    • Drop in classes may be cancelled at any time without refund.

  • If we cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class where available.

  • If we cancel an entire half or full term, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another class where available.

3. Refunds

  • No refunds will be given for missed classes, except at the discretion of 1hundred mph.

  • Refunds will be processed upon confirmation in writing.

  • Refunds can take between 5-10 working days to reach your account depending on your bank, if you do not receive a refund within that time, please contact us immediately.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel that we have been provided with misinformation.

4. Health and Safety

  • You are required to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to attending a class.

  • Bullying, harassment or abuse in any form will not be tolerated.

  • Whilst we will continue to ensure that all classes are conducted in a safe manner and environment to the best of our ability, 1hundred mph and it’s teachers are not responsible for any injury sustained during class, and all participants attend at their own risk.

  • Please remove all jewellery before class and tie back long hair.

5. Class Etiquette

  • Please arrive on time for your class. Late arrivals may miss important warm-up or instruction and may not be allowed to join.

  • Appropriate dancewear and footwear must be worn during class.

  • All personal belongings should be stored in designated areas. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  • Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and fellow participants.

  • Any disruptive behaviour may result in the participant being asked to leave the class without a refund.

6. Photography and Filming

  • We reserve the right to take photographs or video recordings during class for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be featured, please notify the instructor before the class begins.

7. Liability

  • By participating in any class, you agree to release and hold harmless 1hundred mph, its staff, and any affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from your participation in the class.

8. Data Protection:

  • Your information will be stored securely for the purpose of your bookings. We will not share your information with any third parties.

  • By booking this class, you will automatically be added to our mailing list, so we can keep you up to date on changes to classes, cancellations and onsite news and events that may interest you.

  • You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing the1hundredway@gmail.com.

Private Class Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking your Private Class.

  • Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from us.

  • Accepted payment methods include online card payment, card transaction.

  • By booking and paying for any product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  • You are responsible for booking the venue for your class. We are not responsible for any venue booking or liaison.

  • Our teachers will travel in London Zones 1-6 at no extra cost, parties booked outside of these areas will be subject to a £30 travel charge.

2. Class Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Private classes cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time = 75% refund.

  • Private classes cancelled up to 48 hours of the scheduled start time = 50% refund.

  • Private classes cancelled later than 48 hours of the scheduled start time = no refund.

  • Missed private classes or no-shows will not be refunded.

  • If we cancel a class, you will be offered a full refund.

  • You may reschedule a private class up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduled classes are subject to a £12 admin fee.

  • If you would like to reschedule a private class, your rescheduled date must be within 30 days of your previous booking date. After 30 days, you will be required to rebook a new class and will not be offered a refund.

Birthday, Hen and Stag Party Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

  • A non-refundable 50% booking deposit is required at the time of booking your party.

  • The remaining 50% booking fee (plus any extras added after the initial booking date) must be paid in full up to 14 days before the scheduled party date.

  • Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from us.

  • Accepted payment methods include online card payment, card transaction and cash.

  • By booking and paying for any product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  • You are responsible for booking the venue for your party. We are not responsible for any venue booking or liaison.

  • Our teachers will travel in London Zones 1-6 at no extra cost, parties booked outside of these areas will be subject to a £30 travel charge.

  • Parties cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled date = No refund.

  • You can reschedule a party date within 30 days of the initial party booking date. After 30 days, you will be required to rebook a new party and will not be offered a refund.

9. Upgrades and Add On’s:

  • If you think you might have more participants than originally booked for, you can upgrade at any time. You will need to pay the difference in costs upon making this change.

  • You are not able to downgrade a party booking.

  • Add on’s can be added up to 7 days before your party booking date (for personalised T-shirts, this will be subject to availability and delivery turnaround).

10. Venue:

  • We do not provide the venue for parties. We do not take any responsibility for venue bookings or liaison.

  • You are welcome to bring your decorations into the party space as you wish - please just make sure to remove any trip hazards. Strings on balloons are not recommended as they run the risk of wrapping around body parts during movement.

  • Please adhere to your chosen venue’s hire agreement and make us aware of anything we may need to know or consider when planning the session (for example - they do not have a speaker/sound system).
